Where is my order?

Our ‘Made To Order’ section has a processing timeframe of 2-5 business days, which allows us to paint your sets.

We work in chronological order of who ordered first REGARDLESS if you chose ‘Standard’ or ‘Express’ shipping. The ONLY exception to this rule is if you have selected ‘Next Business Day Delivery’.

Our ‘READY TO SHIP’ section has a processing timeframe of 1-3 business days.

*Sendles tracking information will display the LATEST delivery date possible. This date is usually incorrect & will normally be delivered within 2-3 days after being dispatched*

Express Shipping -

Courier: Australia Post ~ 1-3 Business Days

Standard International -

Couriers: Australia Post  / Sendle ~ 5-10 Business Days

Express International -

Next Business Day Delivery ( SYD Metro Areas Only ) 

This delivery options is STRICTLY for Sydney Metro Areas ONLY. 

Our cut off time is 6PM for Next Day Delivery. Orders placed AFTER 6PM will be delivered the following business day. 

We personally deliver these packages so leaving a detailed note such as; "Access to mailbox is actually on Smith Street" is SUPER helpful if your address is a little hard to get to !

If you have selected Next Day Delivery & you reside outside of this area we will be in contact with you. 

 

How will I know the nails will fit me?

Each set comes with 24 nails. This will allow for you to choose which nail fits you best & leaves room for some extras .

If you have typically smaller/larger nail beds feel free to leave a note when checking out. 

What comes with the nails?

Each set comes with:

1. 24 different sized nails

2. Nail glue

3. Wooden cuticle pusher

4. Mini nail file

5. Alcohol Wipe

6. Application & Removal Pamphlet

How long do the nails last?

Each set should last for 2-3 weeks if the application steps are followed properly. The nail will naturally start to lift at the 2 ½ week mark.
But keep in mind you can remove the nails following our removal steps & re-glue them back on!

Will the glue damage my natural nails?

The nail glue will NOT damage your natural nails at all! To remove the nails, please follow the removal steps as forcing the nail off your natural nail will obviously damage them

Why are press ons better than acrylics?

At the end of the day it is down to preference.

Press on nails take 15mins to put on and last up-to 2-3 weeks without the outgrown look.

If a nail falls off, you can easily just glue it back on.

Press ons is also much more affordable than acrylics. To get designer nails such as LV, YSL & Chanel it can be quite costly! 

How do I apply the nails?

We include an instruction pamphlet in every order on how to apply & remove your press ons. We also have a video which can be found on the home page.

How do I remove my nails to re-use them?

Step 1: Grab a bowl, add equal parts of warm water, dishwashing liquid & any type of oil
Step 2: soak fingers inside solution for 2-5 minutes
Step 3: Using your wooden cuticle stick OR one of the spare nails, gently try to lift the nails (DO NOT force the nails to come off)
Step 4: Keep repeating steps 2 & 3 until nails pop off without force
Step 5: Use the mini filer to file around the edges to get rid of excess glue
Step 6: Follow application steps from the beginning! & BAM its like a brand new set!
