Refund/Shipping Policy
Once you receive proof of postage we are no longer responsible for orders and no refunds will be offered. In the case where your order was never received, you have 3 business days from the date it was deemed 'delivered' to request a replacement. For Next Day Deliveries, these packages are delivered by Naylz. If you have not received your package, enquiries must be submitted within 3 business days, as ALL Next Day Deliveries are delivered by us directly and proof of delivery is deleted after this time period.
For orders sent via Sendle / Auspost, if tracking states the order was delivered but you have not received it, you MUST enquire directly through the providers website as once it has been shipped it is no longer Naylz responsibility.
If no email address is given at checkout to obtain your tracking number, Naylz will not be held responsible for delay in shipment.
Replacements will only be offered where items were damaged during shipment and are damaged upon arrival. Please note, once delivered you will need to send us proof of damage within 2 business days of item being delivered.
Once items have been delivered, no refunds will be offered for ‘change of mind’ .
For refunds where you believe the item to be incorrect or you are unsatisfied, we will not issue a refund until item has been returned and received.
Due to sanitary reasons, we will not accept refunds if nails have been tried on or if package has been opened.
